Use of Personal Information

We may use the information provided to us by Site users to (i) communicate with them regarding the products or services described on the Site and/or other matters that we believe may be of interest to them, (ii) for our own marketing, advertising or promotional use, and/or (iii) to improve our products, services or Site.

We may retain Personal Information and other information collected through our Site for as long as is reasonable for the purposes for which it was collected. The Personal Information collected through this Site may be combined and maintained with information we collect offline.

Confidentiality of Information - Information We Share with Others

Except as otherwise provided in this privacy policy, we will keep your Personal Information confidential. We will not share any Personally Information collected on the Site with any third-party organizations for their promotional purposes.

We may share Personally Identifiable information collected on the Site, as follows:

  • Our service providers may have access to the data to help us with our work, but these service providers are subject to confidentiality requirements by contract with Beagle Productions Ltd. We do not authorize them to make any use of the data other than to provide their services to us.

  • We only collect and use information obtained from Credit Card Transactions for business purposes, such as registrations for our services or events. Our employees will access this information only when there is an appropriate business reason to do so. We do use PayPal to conduct all Credit Card Transactions, so we share certain of your Personal Information with PayPal in order to effectuate those transactions (including your credit card information)
  • We may also disclose Personal Information to other third parties in conjunction with entering into an agreement for the sale of our stock or assets or other corporate reorganization, or if we are involved in bankruptcy proceedings. The recipient of Personal Information following such actions may have privacy policies that differ from those in this privacy policy.
  • We reserve the right to use and/or disclose to others non-personally identifiable information about Site visitors’ demographics and use of our Site in a manner that does not reveal their identity.

Our website hosting service does use session cookies to help with the navigation and display of this Site.
